Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

15 Wall balls


5 Rotational wall slams

5 Push up pike combo


20 Medicine ball slams


10 Lunge w/ chest + overhead press

10 Sit up + throw
